Donie Wyvonne 'Liz' Geiger

Donie Wyvonne ‘Liz’ Geiger, 88, of Hilliard, FL passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022. She was born in Waycross, GA on March 29, 1934 to the late Jakie Carter and Mamie Carter. She was currently a member of First Baptist Church of Boulougne and previously a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Franklin Geiger and a son, Jerry Geiger.

She is survived by her 2 sons; Rick (Kathy) Geiger and Danny (Cath) Geiger, her grandchildren; Amanda Geiger, Jeremy Geiger, Jana (Chris) Ellis, Stacy (Chadd) Wilson, Crissie (Forrest) Butler, Lee (Kristen) Mock, Dustin (Megan) Mock, Jason (Erika) Geiger and Deanna (Adam) Arowood, 17 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

A service will be held at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 11:00am with Rev. Greg Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Buford Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
