Diamond Smith

Diamond Danielle “D.D.” Smith, 30, of Folkston, GA, passed away January 27 in Jacksonville, FL.  She was born December 2, 1987 in Jacksonville, FL.  She is a graduate of Charlton County High School where she participated in 4-H, Flag Corps, Band, Cheerleading, and Drama Club.  She played recreation softball and held her 1st degree black belt in karate.
She is survived by her daughter:  Isabella “Bella” Skye Lowery; her parents:  Kathryn and Larry Young; 2-Brothers:  Delmas Smith and Bobby Kimble; 5-Sisters:  Alexandria Nance, Christina Barton, Marti Grzesiak, Jennifer Kavoukas, and Kitten Smith; her child’s father:  Patrick Lowery and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 4 at 3:00 PM at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home in Folkston, GA with Rev. Ray McMillan officiating.  The family will receive friends and hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Homeland Cemetery.
