Delmus Walker

Delmus Walker, 73 of Cordova, Alabama passed away April 30, 2013 at his residence. He was born December 4, 1939 to Warren and Florence Strickland Walker in Folkston, Georgia. He loved fishing and was an avid car collector. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife: Betty Walker of Cordova, Alabama; two daughters: Debbie Brasfield(John) of Cordova, Alabama; Loretta Cordell (Keith) of Dallas, Georgia; two brothers: Carl Walker(Glenda) of Waycross, Georgia; Nathan Walker(Ann) of Waycross, Georgia; three sisters: Linda McClean(Frank) of Bryceville, Florida; Mary Sullivan(John L.) of Alma, Georgia; Brenda Walker of Atlanta, Georgia; Six Grandchildren; Twelve Great-grandchildren; Several Nieces, Nephews and other Relatives.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 02, 2013 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6 until 8 PM. Graveside Services will be Friday, May 3, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Corinth Cemetery with Rev. Mike Easter officiating.
