Deborah Herndon

Deborah Diane Drury Herndon, 64, of Folkston, GA passed away at her residence Saturday, May 18, 2019.  She was born March 9, 1955 in Charlton County to the late John Woodrow Drury and Effie Mae Carter.  She was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Bo Drury and John W. Drury, Jr.

She is survived by her children:  Josh Hilton, Michelle Moore, Anthony Herndon, Timothy Herndon, Jennifer Mincey and Holly (Tommie) Spikes; sisters:  Betty Hilton, Barbara (Tom) Kramer and Kara Lynn (C.L.) Lewis; 2 brothers:  Pedro (Diane) Drury, Tony Dean (Teresa) Drury; 9-grandchildren:  Brittney Jordan, Canen Moore, Alyssa “Virgil” Spikes, Chezney Herndon, Riley Spikes, Rane Spikes, Gabby Mincey, Jayce Mincey,  and Baylee Herndon; great grandchildren:  Kaliyah Jordan, Kamdyn Blake and Kayne Blake and a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 21 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 22 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home with Randy Mosley officiating.  Burial will follow in Homeland Cemetery.
