Clifford McMahel

Clifford “Wayne” McMahel, 68 of Glen St. Mary, Florida passed away May 5, 2016 at
Ed Frazier Memorial Hospital, Macclenny, Florida. He was born February 21, 1948 to Eugene Douglas and Jewel Louise Nix McMahel in Jacksonville, Florida. He worked as a mechanic and loved working on all types of vehicles and motors. He was an avid fisherman, loved his friends and never met a stranger. Wayne was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife:  Nancy McMahel of Glen St. Mary, FL; Two sons: Wayne McMahel of Callahan, FL; Damon McMahel (Angie) of Yulee, FL; Three Step-sons: Eddie Pearl ; Chris Pearl and Tommy Pearl, all of Glen Saint Mary, FL; two Step daughters: Resha Evans(Tim) of Glen Saint Mary, FL; and Tanya Pearl of Macclenny, FL; Sisters: Annette Hicks of Hilliard, FL; Laverne Goodman of St. George, GA; Sue Lammons of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers: Dale McMahel of St. George, GA; Wallace McMahel of Jacksonville, Fl.; fifteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and numerous Nieces, Nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive friends at the Graveside in St. George Cemetery, Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Services will begin at 2:00 PM with Rev. Grady Albritton officiating.
