CHARLES LLOYD

Charles Henry Lloyd, 75, of Hilliard, passed away Tuesday, August 2 at Shands Jacksonville following an illness. He was born in Jacksonville, FL to the late Robert Benjamin Lloyd and Freda Leoda Hicks Lloyd. He was a member of Hickox Baptist Church and the Southeastern Wood Producers Association. He was preceded in death by his son: Robin Lloyd.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Ann Lloyd; 3-Sons: Anthony (Debbie) Lloyd, Gregory (Christine) Lloyd, and Bobo (Vicki) Lloyd; a Daughter-In-Law: Darlene Lloyd; a Sister: Barbara Ann Johnson; a Brother: R.B. Lloyd; 10-Grandchildren and 15-Great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday, August 4 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 5 at 11:00 AM at First Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Ray McMillan officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Hilliard, FL. Pallbearers will be Adam Lloyd, Bo Daniel Lloyd, Jestin Lloyd, Brandon Lloyd, Chris Lloyd, and Mark Johnson. Honorary Pallbearers will be David McCullough, Lee McCullough, Mark McCullough, Timmy McCullough, Gerald Byrd, and James Hobbs.
