CARL LLOYD

Carl Eugene Lloyd, 81, of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, September 03, 2011 at Acosta-Rua Center for Caring following a lengthy illness. He was born in Folkston, GA to the late Abe and Angie Lloyd. He was a member of the South Seminole Masonic Lodge #364 F&AM where he served as Grand Master in 1986. He was a member of the VFW in Folkston, GA.
He is survived by his wife: Grace Lloyd; Son: Michael (Michelle) Lloyd; 2-Step-Daughters: Sandra Robinson and Regina Nilan; 3-Brothers: Lewis Lloyd and Harold Lloyd and Demery Lloyd; 2-Granddaughters and 4-Step-Grandsons.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 6 at Shepard Funeral Home from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Mallard officiating. Burial will follow in Homeland Cemetery.
