Carl Glenn, Jr

Mr. Carl Edward Glenn, 65, of Franklin, NC, passed away May 26 at his residence. A native of Albany, Georgia, he was a son of the late Carl Edward, Sr. and Gladys Whiting Glenn. A US Army Veteran, he owned and operated the West End Pit Stop in Franklin.

He is survived by his wife: Kay Roberts Glenn; one daughter: Carla (Al) Ramsey of Augusta, GA; 2-Step-Daughters: Angela McGauley of Franklin, NC and Beverly (Alex) Gilliard of Florence, SC; one Son: Scott Glenn of Sandertown, GA; one Step-Son: Matt (Jennifer) Howell of Folkston, GA; 2-Brothers: Tommy (Patricia) Glenn of Amelia Island, FL and Johnny (Karen) Glenn of Baxley, GA; and 9 Grandchildren.

The family will received friends Monday May 28 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday May 29 at 11:00 AM at Pineview Cemetery in Folkston, Georgia.
