Betty Jean Griffin Lee, 75, of Folkston, Georgia passed away October 31, 2012. She was born August 7, 1937 in Folkston to the late James Albert Griffin and Myrtle Elizabeth Hickox Griffin. She was preceded in death by her husband: Neal C. Lee; a Daughter: Debbie Spear; a Sister: Bobbie Trouille; and 3-Brothers: Jimmy Griffin, Robert Griffin and Ray Griffin.
She is survived by her children: Christie Collins, Joey Lee and Tammy Wood; 7 Grandchildren: Dakota Collins, Wyatt Collins, Jada Lee, Jaycob Lee, Jaycee Lee, Tyler Chapman and James “Boo” Chapman; 2 Sisters: Catherine Herrin and Linda McInvale; a number of Nieces, Nephews and other Relatives.
The family will receive friends Friday November 2, 2012 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held Saturday November 3 at 1:00 PM in the Shepard Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Homeland Cemetery.
