Bart Taylor

Bart Allen Taylor, 61, of Folkston, GA passed away Tuesday, February 4.  He was born July 5, 1958 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Tommy McCoy Taylor and Nora Beatrice Conner Taylor.  He was a member of Camp Pinckney Baptist Church.  He proudly served his country in the US Army from 1977-1981.  He loved to read in his spare time.  He worked as a heavy equipment operator and a construction handyman.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother:  Bret Taylor

He is survived by his son:  Allan Taylor; siblings:  Judy (Steve) Van Buskirk and Carl (Michelle) Taylor; grandsons:  Landon and Lynox Taylor, a nephew:  Karl Williams and a niece:  Cortney Taylor.

The family will receive friends Friday, February 7 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 8 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home with Carl Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow in Camp Pinckney Cemetery.
