Arthur "Rusty" Horne, Jr.

Arthur Merlin Horne, Jr. “Rusty”, 66, of Folkston, GA passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 at his residence.  He was born September 14, 1954 in Homosassa, FL to the late Arthur Merlin Horne, Sr. and Ann Ileen Lashley Horne.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister:  Betty Steedley.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years:  Elizabeth Carol Barker; children:  Rusty Horne, Timothy Barker, Tiffany Wilkinson and Matthew Horne; a sister:  Bonnie Ward; grandchildren:  Anastasia Horne, Damien Wilkinson and Trinity Wilkinson.

A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 19 at 11:00 AM at Little Phoebe Cemetery.

Due to the COVID-19, the family would like to ask all to please follow the rules of social distancing and face mask are recommended at the service.   Also, anyone who does not feel comfortable with attending the service, the family would like for you to know they understand and covet your prayers.
