Arthur "A.J." Henderson, Jr.

AJ (Arthur James) Henderson Jr, 55 was a life long resident of Hilliard, FL. AJ went to be with the lord on Oct 21, 2021. He is preceeded in death by his father:  Arthur Henderson Sr, Son:  Cody James Henderson, and Step father:  Dub Harris. AJ is survived by his mother Lois Henderson, sister Michelle (Roy) sink, wife Sissy Henderson, daughters Harley Henderson, Cheyenne (Landon) Edgington . His nephews, JJ  (Britney) Jones, Billy Johnson, and expecting a great nephew, Wyatt Jones in November 2021. Nieces, Carrie Vining and Amy Johnson.  Two grand dogs Zeus, Ultra, and his side chick Chica.
AJ was born in Folkston Georgia on September 26, 1966 to Arthur and Lois Henderson. He was a retired brick/block mason who loved being outdoors.  To know AJ was to know a unique, special, one of a kind man. He was known to be hanging out the window doing a one tire fire burnout everywhere he went.  He was a proud sponsor of Natural Light and loved the Florida Gators.
AJ was a loving father to his two beautiful girls and was expecting his first grandchild Brystol Leigh Edgington in March 2022.

The family will receive friends Monday, October 25 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home from 6-7 PM  A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 7:00 PM.  Memorialization will be by cremation.
