April Altman

April L. Altman, 29, of Hilliard passed away Thursday, December 16 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. She was born April 3, 1981 in Jacksonville, but lived in Hilliard, FL all of her life. She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Morris E. Altman.
She is survived by her parents: M.R and Susan Altman; a Brother: Sean (Kelli) Altman; a Sister: Tonya (Robbie) Beale; Grandparents: Rema Altman, and Lamar and Louise Wainwright; a Nephew: Matthew Beale and a Niece: Jenna K. Altman; and numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and a special pet: princess.
The family will receive friends at their residence, 27926 Conner-Nelson Road in Hilliard, Saturday, December 18 from 5-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 19 at 2:00 PM at Nathalene Primitive Baptist Church on Conner-Nelson Road in Hilliard. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
