Annette Peete

Annette Peete, 76 of Folkston passed away April 13, 2023 at the Hospice of the Golden Isles. She was born April 22, 1946 in Winoker. Ga.  Annette and her late husband Ronald Peete enjoyed to travel. Some of their favorite locations to visit were Longboat Key, FL and the mountains of Georgia and Tennessee. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was the proud Grandmother of three Grandsons . Annette was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Ronald J Peete, her parents:  Bradley and Gladys Carter Lee, and a brother: Billy Lee.  Annette and Ronald shared two children: Chris Peete and Veronica (Andy) Barrett.  She was also survived by two sisters: Lavonne (Harry) Todd and Brenda Herrin; a brother: David (Linda) Lee three grandchildren: Ryan C. Peete, Brody A. Barrett and Tyler H. Peete; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1 PM Saturday, April 15 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home in Folkston, Georgia.   Funeral services will follow at 1 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Homeland Cemetery.
