Albert Taylor

Albert Matthew Taylor, Sr., 67 of Folkston passed away October 23, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Augusta, Georgia January 5, 1946 to Alexander and Doris Marie Spradley Taylor. He served his country in the United States Army and was employed as a Welder.

He is survived by his wife of  47 years: Annette King Taylor of Folkston; one son: Albert M. Taylor, Jr. (Amy) of Jacksonville, Florida; two daughters: Tina Taylor Johns (David) of Callahan, Florida; Brenda Taylor of Folkston, Georgia; Grandchildren: Chris Johns and Cason Johns of Callahan, Florida; Brandon Taylor, Brett Taylor, Sara Taylor and Sean Taylor of Jacksonville, Florida; Bryce Brantley of Folkston, Georgia; one brother: James Taylor of Waycross, Georgia; several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 25 from 6 until 8 PM at Shepard Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 26, 2013 in the Funeral Home Chapel at 12:00 PM with Rev.Lonnie Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow in Sardis Cemetery.
