ADAM KORNACKI, JR

Adam Jerome Alphonso Kornacki, Jr., 92, passed away Friday September 2, 2011. He was borin in Erie, Pennsylvania to the late Adam and Helen Kornacki. He enjoyed wood working and was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church in Erie, PA. He proudly served his country in the US Army during WW II where he received two Purple Hearts. He was preceded in death by his wife: Maria Zawistowski Kornacki and a Grandson: Brandon Kornacki.
He is survived by 2-Sons: Dr. Kerry (Debra) Kornacki and Lt. Col. Robert (Cathie) Kornacki (Ret.); 6-Grandchildren and 7-Great Grandchildren.
A private Graveside memorial service will be held at a later date at the Kornacki Family Cemetery in Hilliard, Florida with military honors. Memorialization will be by cremation.
